Welcome to Self Care Sundays - monthly sessions giving you 2 hours of dedicated self care and time and space for you.
Sessions offer a space of nurturing and nourishment. A space where you can 'fill up your cup' and restore your energy and wellbeing. A safe, non judgemental and supportive space of acceptance and belonging.
Sessions can include restorative yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, intuitive guidance, aromatherapy, healing, crystals, soothing sound baths* and more. Each session guiding you towards better health and wellbeing, giving you a private and safe space away from the normal activities and duties and the stresses and strains of everyday life. Providing you with tools to help you cope with stress and overwhelm and techniques for more restful sleep and deeper states of healing.
Each session is a mini retreat for rest and relaxation and a space where you can attend to your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing allowing you to be the very best version of yourself and also offering connection, community, spiritual growth and healing.
Everyone is welcome from complete beginners who are new to the concept of self care to healers and teachers needing that vital time and space to recharge. Each session is booked individually so you can attend as many or as little as you like, however space is limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Some light refreshments will also be provided.
*please note sound baths may not be suitable for those with sound sensitive epilepsy, please get in touch if you are concerned and I will tailor the session differently

Space is limited and payment is required to secure your space. PayPal make a small charge for payments. If you would like to use an alternative payment to PayPal please feel free to contact us.
Booking is non refundable and non transferable however if you are unable to make the day due to illness or unforeseen circumstances I can offer you access to an Online Event as a substitute. If your space can be filled however you will be issued a refund minus a £5 administration fee.
Please inform me of any allergies or dietary requirements you might have.
WHAT TO BRING: If you have your own yoga mat please bring it. However if you are just starting out or you forget your mat I have mats that can be borrowed. Please bring a blanket and a couple of cushions to support you and keep you warm when relaxing as the body often cools down quite a bit during restorative session and it is hard to relax if you feel cold. You may also like to bring some slippers for moving around the centre.
WHAT TO WEAR: Whatever you are comfortable in, just make sure you can move easily. Sometimes wearing layers is better so you can take them off or on depending on your body temperature.

I love being able to hold a space where there are no demands, requirements or expectations. A space to just relax, soften and slow down. Allowing for deep connection, self discovery and healing. Self care is a most precious gift that when we give ourselves we benefit those around us. One of my most favourite quotes that describes this is by Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu:
