This is a very unique and exclusive retreat day combining yoga, holistic therapies, breathwork, sound healing, meditation and so much more!
Due to the nature of this workshop the numbers are limited to just 6 people, and this will be broken down to even smaller groups and individual work. This retreat day will provide a very private and intimate space allowing you to work individually on every aspect of your being, whilst being fully supported in the process.
At the beautiful Retreat Farm and nestled in the space known as The Sanctuary, we will start the day with a gentle, meditative and conscious yoga practise taking our time to get into and connect with the body, encouraging a gentle opening and the release of tension - unwinding, unravelling and expanding.
After consultation you will experience a full therapeutic treatment of your choice with a qualified and experienced therapist in your own private room. Treatments include Kinesiology, Holistic Massage, Facials, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, and Reflexology. Please note - Treatment choice is available on booking and on a first come first served basis. At lunchtime there will be a chance to rest, read, sleep or walk and connect with nature at this idyllic venue.
In a smaller group we will explore different aspects of healing modalities this could be breathwork, sound healing, aromatherapy, journaling, energy work, life coaching, mindful walking, holistic movement and much more to provide balance in and restore the body and nervous system. Increasing your body's own capacity for healing by activating the parasympathetic nervous system responsible for rest and repair and the pranic energy systems of the body.
Every Healing Space Retreat is unique offering what is most needed at the time.
We will then finish the day with a deep healing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) that will leave you feeling relaxed but restored and refreshed.
Please bring a packed lunch. Teas, coffee and snacks will be provided throughout the day.
What this day includes -
- An extended yoga session in a small group setting (max of 6 people)
-15 minute 1 to 1 consultation with your therapist
-1 hour full holistic treatment with your therapist in your own private room
- Healing modality session in a small group (max of 3 people)
-Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) session
-A 'Goodie bag' with a selection of healing gifts
-A selection of herbal teas and coffee and nourishing treats and snacks throughout the day
-Time and Space for YOU!

Space is limited and payment is required to secure your space. PayPal make a small charge for payments. If you would like to use an alternative payment to PayPal please feel free to contact us. If it would be helpful to you to spread the cost out please get in touch and we will set up a personal payment plan for you.
Booking is non refundable and non transferable however if you are unable to make the day due to illness or unforeseen circumstances I can offer you access to an Online Workshop as a substitute. If your space can be filled however you will be issued a refund minus a £25 administration fee.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day but you will need to bring your own pack lunch
Please inform me of any allergies or dietary requirements you might have.
WHAT TO BRING: If you have your own yoga mat please bring it. However if you are just starting out or you forget that I have mats that can be borrowed for the day. Please bring a blanket and cushion to support you and keep you warm for the relaxation as the body often cools down quite a bit during this part of the day and it is hard to relax if you feel cold. You may also like to bring some slippers for moving around the centre. Please bring a packed lunch.
WHAT TO WEAR: Whatever you are comfortable in, just make sure you can move easily. Sometimes wearing layers is better so you can take them off or on depending on your body temperature. The class takes place in bare feet but its nice to have some socks on for the relaxation.

I'm Victoria and I am so looking forward to creating and holding a healing space for YOU! I will be sharing delicious yoga that is both relaxing and balancing and elevates not just the physical health but also works on the emotional, mental and spiritual levels. I will also be offering different healing modalities depending on what is needed at the time, this could be breath work, sound healing, journaling, energy balancing, aromatherapy, intuitive healing, sleep technique and so much more. We will do this in a very small group setting, allowing me to work individually with you in a practises that have a profound impact on the very quality of life. And finally I will be guiding you in one of the most restorative, healing and restful practises ever! Ahhh bliss!
